Parking and Gate Entry FAQ

Traffic Flow and Parking Maps:

Gates Open at 9:30 AM • Show Starts at 11:00 AM Each Day

Please refer to the maps provided at https://www.fargoairsho.com/maps for the optimal traffic flow and road closures required to secure the airfield and surrounding areas. NOTE: there are two unique traffic flows before and after 10:45AM daily.

Parking and Entry Gates:

Parking will be $5 per vehicle upon lot entry. After parking, proceed to 19th Ave N. or catch a ride on a people mover trailer making its route to bring you to entry gates.

Flightline Chalet (VIP) Gate Entry:

All Flightline Chalet tickets will need to be exchanged for the appropriate wristband at the Fargo Air Museum. Please enter the East Doors of the Fargo Air Museum and follow the direction of staff and volunteers to receive your wristband. Each individual, regardless of age, will require the appropriate wristband to enter the Flighline Chalet area on the air field. Signage and volunteers will assist in guiding you to the proper area.

If you have printed your tickets, please bring them to be scanned. You can also choose to display your ticket on your phone or device via your confirmation email. If you have purchased several tickets and display them on your phone, you will need to swipe and have each ticket/bar code scanned upon entry with your party.

REMINDER: When you purchase tickets they were emailed to you from noreply@eventsprout.com. If you would like your confirmation email resent, visit https://www.eventsprout.com/resend-confirmation and follow the provided instructions.

Please prepare to have any items or bags you are bringing along to be inspected. Please refer to our FAQs https://www.fargoairsho.com/faq to review the allowed and prohibited items.

Flightline Seating:

Seating, shade tents, food and beverage is provided in the Flightline Chalet area. There are no seating assignments with in Flightline Chalet. All seating within is first-come-first-served. Shaded seating is intended to provide relief from the sun and heat for all guest in the Flightline Chalet - be mindful of others and provide equal opportunity for fellow guests to access these community areas.

COVID Statement

The Fargo AirSho is being planned in accordance with city and state COVID-19 guidelines with the added guidance from state health officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Per the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), face masks are not required at the Fargo AirSho.

The Fargo AirSho is a non-profit organization of 70+ volunteer members that have been producing award-winning shows for more than 30 years. The event brings more than 30,000 fans from all over the U.S. and Canada to the show at Hector International Airport and Fargo Air Museum.

The success of the show has allowed the committee to make more than $500,000 in contributions to area organizations.
